Which days have early entry?

I'm new to US planning but not theme park planning in general. I try to zag while others zig

We are staying offsite and do not have early entry or EP, so I would like to avoid the early entry park of the day. How do I know which parks and which days have early entry for the onsite guests? We will visit March 26 and March 27 with park to park tickets.
