I am a teacher and have December 18th through January 3rd off from school. If you were to choose a time to go in that time frame for about 2 or 3 nights-- when would it be? I am looking for the least crowded time-- thanks in advance--:wave2:

would be to go December 18th. It will have already started to get crowded at that time but that is better than waiting closer to Christmas and especially the week between Christmas and New Years.

Since you are a teacher, you may want to check out the Teacher discount at the Swan and Dolphin. They may already have filled all the discount spots but it doesn't hurt to try!

Every year we are making it a point to visit WDW and stay for a long weekend. We go at the very beginning of December and stay at POR.
The crowds are minimal, you get to experience the holiday decor, and last year we lucked out and were watching them film parts of the Christmas Day Parade. Then for the 3:00 parade, they had the Christmas parade go by!

I would suggest as early as possible!

I agree with kapp- go December 18th, we were there last year and it only got unberable with crowds from Chrisstmas Day onwards.

Have a great time

Same here. Went last year. Got nuts on the 25th. I mean close the parks early, traffic at a standstill on the highway kind of nuts. Everything up to that point was great. The 19th right up to the 24th was really enjoyable. The 25th until when we left on the 29th not so much. I would never go after the 25th again. We are going this year the 18th to 23rd.
