Here is my opinion/suggestions.

Don't know when you are going and don't know if you can take advantage of the early entry, but here it goes. Also don't know what kind of tickets you are purchasing so with that said here we go.

Friday. Don't plan too much because you have no idea when you will check in. Plan this day as you go and see how tired everyone is.

Saturday. I would hit Epcot, it can absorb crowds. Try the storybook breakfast in Norway. And then you can plan to eat at Mexico for dinner. If you have to go to MK for spectromagic take the monorail if not stay for Illuminations.

Sunday. Sleep in and head over to Disney/MGM Studios around noon. I recommend 50's Primetime Cafe for lunch. Don't forget Fantasmic at night

Since you have Cindy's on Monday, spend all day Monday in Magic Kingdom. I would suggest Liberty Tree Tavern for dinner. Stay in Magic Kingdom all day no hopping.

Tuesday. Try Animal Kingdom. I like to book the first seating of the day at Donald's Breakfastsaurus. You will be escorted thru the closed park and I just love it. End your day with dinner at Rainforest.

Wednesday. Since you have Chef Mickey's spend your day at MK. After Chef Mickey's if you didn't see Illuminations on Saturday, head over to Epcot so you can see that.

Thursday. Waterpark? If Blizzard Beach is open during your stay, this park is great for a 4 year old. Many of the larger slides empty in shallow water or accomodate 2 passengers. Kiddie area is great. Even if the 4 year old can't swim give it a try. Be at the gate when the park opens at 10 and you will get so much done. Leave the waterpark early afternoon and let your daughter pick where she would like to end her night.

Friday. Pack up an head home.

This schedule is skipping the early entry days. If you are an early riser, flip flop some days and utilize the early entry.

Have fun

The above advice sounds good. The one thing I've learned from going to Disney is to relax and take it as it comes. I used to read all I could about planning out the day and trying to see all I could, but realized that I spent so much time stressing over things I didn't enjoy them as much as I could have. We are not early risers, so as Scottnj said above we avoid the parks with the early entry, at least in the morning anyway. I leave it up to my kids to decide where to go, that way they are happy. Before we head out we get an idea of what everyone wants to do and try to do those things. But we have learned to be flexible and depending on crowds and lines, we do alter our course. Just relax and enjoy Disney, you will have a great time no matter what you do.
