which day to go to which park??

We have a quick trip planned in early August and are only planning on spending 3 days in the parks, MK, Epcot and BB. My conundrum is which park to go to on which days.

Unnofical Guide tells me to avoid MK on the Friday but TGM advises me to go to the MK on Friday because its an EMH day. Saturday at Epcot?? Don't all the locals go on Saturday?? I could do with a bit of advice

We'll be staying for a week and could use advice along these lines as well (including Animal Kingdom, Disney Studios, and good days to rent the little speedboats).

Typically, the weekends are lower crowd days because that is when all the vacationers are heading home. It may be the day locals go but it is a still far cry better than normal. We went to AK and MGM on Father's Day and was able to do everything we wanted to do. We also usually go to MK on Fridays because that is our last day before we leave. It is our way of saying bye. I have not been to a park on a Saturday as that has always been traveling day. But you also have to take in account that you are talking about going right before school starts back so it could be a little more crowded than normal as people will want to have one last "fling" if they can.
