Which day for MK during Mem Day Weekend?

We will be getting to Disney the Friday before Memorial Day and staying until the Friday after. I know we shouldn't go to MK on Sat or Sun, but I know the kids are going to be dying to get there!!! Do you think we should try for a couple of hours on Friday night and then Monday?

Greatly appreciate any advice you may have!
