Which day for IOA April 4-6

We will be in Orlando just for 3 days. We can't afford to stay onsite, but will be visiting IOA for one of the days. We will be traveling with my sister and her family also. Out of the three days April 4-6, which day should we choose for IOA? It will be adults and kids (8 and up). We know it will be crowded and are fine with getting to the park before opening and even buying the Express Passes if we have to. Any suggestions/tips would be greatly appreciated.

To keep the lines to an absolute minimum and to save money on the Express Plus passes, I would stick with either Monday or Tuesday.
