which day for each park?

We'll be at IOA and US on Saturday, January 23 and Sunday, Jan. 24. The hours for IOA on Saturday are 9-7. All the other hours are 9-6. Is this an indication that IOA will probably be more crowded on Saturday than US? Which day would you do each park? We haven't been to US in about 15 years, so I have no idea what to expect for crowds and lines.

That time of year is fairly slow so I don't think it would really matter which park you did on which day. Weekends are always busier than weekdays but you shouldn't have long lines to deal with.
