Which day do I fax room requests?

We are planning to arrive at OKW on Saturday, August 3rd. I read on this board somewhere it is best to fax your room request 4 days prior to arrival - is the 3rd considered one of those days, so I would fax my request on Wednesday, July 31st?

We will be at ASMu on Aug. 2nd. I plan to fax the resort on Mon. July 29th.

We always check-in on Saturday, I send the fax on Tuesday.
