Which dates to choose?

Which would you choose? Will there be a difference in the crowds between these dates?

August 17th-23rd
or
June 15th-20th

I would think there will be less crowds in August since many kids go back to school mid/late August. The FL kids are all out of school by mid/late May, so they will certainly add to the crowds if you choose to go in June.

I agree with the August dates.
We went to WDW last year Aug 18 - Aug 23rd and while it was still crowded it was much better than when we had gone earlier in the summer on previous trips. Probably same kind of drop off at Universal.

The parks will be open later in June. The crowds should be larger in June. If you are staying onsite it really doesnt matter. The weather is a little more bearable in June. I believe the Florida school calendar changed this year. I cant recall the changes but know they will not be back as early as they usually are.

That was a nice surprise. Our son doesn't go back, until Aug. 20th this year. Our counties have such varying schedules it's hard to predict when others will return though. We never have the same schedule as the 2 counties on each side of us.

I agree with those who suggest going in June, if you're staying onsite. If not, August would probably be best.
