Friday May 29 thru Tuesday May 2

Or

Monday May 31 thru Friday Jun 4

We are wanting to go when there are less crowds. I figure as the summer goes on the crowds will build, but I hear weekends are busy.

Do weekends in the summer even make a difference? Or is it better to go ASAP when it comes to summer?

TIA

I would steer clear of the weekends if you want to avoid bigger crowds but starting into to the summer with the 60th anniversary stuff going on it may not make that big of a difference. Here are some of the things going on at the DLR during May and June.

I'm guessing you are looking at Tuesday, June 2nd for your departure date.

Monday May 31 thru Friday Jun 4
Do you mean Friday, June 5 or Thursday, June 4 as your departure date?

I think you're bound to see crowds no matter what you do, because you are getting into the summer season. That being said, I think there is a chance that the weekdays will continue to be better than the weekends just because some kids are still in school and people are working. That being said, that is the alst set of weekdays (Mon to Thu) that SoCal Select APs are not blocked, so it's possible that there might be an uptick in visitors getting in one last trip (I'd guess it'd be most noticeable in the late afternoon/evening). Also, you're looking at a period when there are a lot of grad nights (three in each date block you mention). Still, I would probably go with the weekdays just because of schools and work and hope that the mornings are quiet.

Thank you so much guys!

I don't know if we are going for 4 or 5 days, so I do not know if they would be departure dates or the last days in Disneyland. I hope that makes sense.
