Which CS restaurants DO NOT accept Disney Dining?

My family will not be partaking in the Disney Dining plan, so I'm curious how I can find out which CS resaurants DO NOT accept it. I'm hoping to keep this list as a 'Plan B' in case the restaurants that do the dining plan are crazy crowded.

As far as I can see they all take the dining plan.

Boardwalk Joe's
Boardwalk To Go
McDonald's (DTD)
Ghirardelli (DTD)
Splash Grill & Deli (Swan)
Cabana Beach Club (Dolphin)

That's about it.
