which cs restaurants are open during mvmcp

hi, sorry if this has been asked before but the search is not working, could anyone please tell me which counter service restaurants will be open during mvmp, thanks susie2

This is what is listed on my 2005 party map:

Pecos Bills, Cosmic Rays, Casey's Corner, Noodle Station, MS Bakery, Sleepy Hallow, Mrs. Potts Cupboard, and Westward Ho.

Actually the Noodle station is not listed but someone mentioned in another thread that it was open. I'm not sure about that one.
