Which CRT - Breakfast or Lunch?

I'm trying to figure out which is the best bet for us. If we do the breakfast, will it seriously put a crimp in our time at MK for the day - we will have three days for MK alone but will have a 4 y.o. and a 2 y.o. in tow so we won't be getting around real fast? If we do the lunch, will the characters all be there? I'm thinking I'll have to take whatever I can get given when we are going (my trip is a ways off, the week after Easter, I'm just thinking ahead). When the time comes that I get to call, should I just take whatever meal and not tell them a preference? Thanks for your help....

Characters are available breakfast and lunch so if your looking for character interaction either will do. I would check the menu's and see which one your family would do better with. I have a lunch reservation right now but hope to get a breakfast as I feel our family would enjoy that more but it is a food choice not anything else. I would book your preference but if unable to get 1 go with the other and hope to change it at later point if possible but at least you would get to eat there with the 1st reservation.

What day is your lunch, and for how many? I have breakfast and was sort of wanting to trade it for lunch, and we're leaving in a month, too -- so maybe it'd work

We have done both, and I would do the lunch again without hesitation. It allowed us to do some of the more popular rides, such as Splash Mountain, when the lines are shorter - first thing in the morning. We also didn't feel rushed to get somewhere in the morning. The infant got a complimentary pasta dish and my DD (5) did enjoyed her meal as well. They also gave her an appetizer of grapes, cheese, etc. I would do the lunch! I think it seems to be "more worth the money".

This is how I feel.

I prefer first time for breakfast on non-EMH mornings and try to be done when the park opens.

I prefer a later breakfast or lunch then if it's an EMH morning so I can get some rides done before our meal and before the crowds start to come.

For the most part, though, I prefer breakfast to lunch at most restaurants.

We preferred the lunch since it allowed us time to catch a few rides and get some fastpasses before we ate. It also gave us a chance to try some of the more creative lunch items rather than just standard breakfast food.
