This made me curious about land area, so I looked it up. Monaco is 499 acres. Animal Kingdom is 500 acres, and Epcot 300. Maybe they could just reproduce Monaco at WDW and open it as another park.

And the real Monaco has a giant parking garage that eats up valuable space, Disney wouldn't need that in the park - so they could build a better Monaco! One of the restaurants could be a gigantic yacht. There could be a Castle with a changing of the guard, old village streets, a Grace Kelly memorial, beautiful gardens, the Grand Prix ride, a Jacque Cousteau type experience, and a marauding monk swashbuckling adventure...besides the Monte Carlo for adults. 5th gate right there!
