Which counters service restaurants have waitstaff?

I've basing some of my meals on the Q & C vouchers and was wondering which counter services restaurants have actual wait staff?

I know Beaches & Cream does..

What about Tangieriene, Cantine De San Angel, and Yakitori? I may be forgetting some, but any others in any of the four parks?

ANd if anyone has any info on any resorts counter service with wait staff as well... that would be appreciated

B&C is the only full service place with a take out counter that I can think of...unless you count the coffee bar part of the Kona Cafe.

Tangieriene, Cantine De San Angel, and Yakitori are only counter srevice.

Edited to mention that at the Pepper Market and Mara you place your order at the counter and then it is brought to your table, but that is the extent of the "service". They don't bring you beverage refills or desserts, etc.

I thought Tangiereine had waitresses! I was reading someones trip report, and I thought there was a waitress involved there.

I'm not looking for full service.. I can get my own drink reflls, etc.
I'm just wondering which restaurants in the world actually have waitresses even if they are still considered "counter service".

Personally I see B&C as more of a full service, than counter service which is why I was asking.

Just trying to figure it out.. I really hate to get waited on..

The Pepper Market does not bring your food to the table. You aorder it and wait. They do however bring your drinks and refills if requested.
