Which Counter meals don't have child menu?

Just noticed that Pizza Planet does not have child menu.
So our 4 adult and 3 child party could use child credits there and save adult credits for children later.
Do you know of any more counters that don't have child menu.

Sorry can't help with the childs menu question sence I can't even find this menu .
