Which condo to choose?

We are heading to Orlando in Sept. We will not be doing Disney this time, but definitely Sea World. We have several choices, but I've narrowed it down to the following:
The Fountains
Grand Beach
Kingstown Reef
Cypress Pointe Grand Villas

I'm leaning toward The Fountains. Any suggestions? Reviews? It will be me, hubby, and our 2 year old.

Of those choices, I'd say The Fountains (not stayed ther, but have friends that own there and I've seen pics. ) or the Cypress Pointe Grand Villas.

I don't know about the others, but Cypress Pointe is nice and really really close to Sea World--there is a back way in from there. We were shocked at how close it was!
