We have only had experience with the BC concierge level which we loved. :lovestruc

I would like to hear which you liked best & why & which you did not think was worth the $. Thanks for all replies.

My family and I have had Club Levels at the Contemporary on the Atrium Club floor, the Tower Club floor which turned out to be a free upgrade at check-in back in May 2000, so we have not stayed up there since and the Polynesian in the Hawaii Longhouse which is their Club Level buiding. We liked our stays at the Contemporary better since we have stayed on the Atrium Club floor in the past, so some of the Cast Members remember who we are. However we also enjoyed the Polynesian and have no complaints. Anyway we think it's worth the $, although you might have others who say it's not.

Hi. I have stayed concierge at least 5 times at AKL and absolutely LOVE it! I just love that entire resort but their IPO planners have always been wonderful. Don is THE BEST. CMs in the lounge ranged from excellent to unfriendly. LOVE the food there, particularly in the evening.
BWI CL we've done twice and it was GREAT! Alana in IPO was enthusiastic and very helpful. She did everything for me! Experiences with staff in the lounge was same as at AKL. Pete at BWI CL was SO friendly, cheerful and generous!
Poly CL once a couple of years ago and it was VERY nice. Lounge views are to die for :thumbsup2 and amazing evening offerings. LOVED being in the Hawaii bldg. We are doing Poly lagoon View CL this summer and I cannot wait. those views are killer!
DD and I did RPC at GF Main Bldg concierge last summer and it was divine. We have stayed in outer bldg. suites twice and had the use of the RPC Lounge but it's not the same. Being in the main bldg. is REALLY nice. The rooms are beautiful at the GF. CMs were fine but nothing special on our trip. It's different from BWI and AKL in that they are downstairs and the only people in the lounge seem to be people bringing out and clearing food. I guess this is good in that everyone isn't crammed into one area. Also, Calvin in IPO was very nice and helpful.
ALL my CL experiences at Disney have been very good :wizard:

We've stayed in concierge at the YC which was very nice. Great views from our room, too.

Also stayed at GF-Sugarloaf which was great, too. One CM there was so amazingly helpful that I'll always remember him. Also, it was nice to pass through the lounge on our way in all the time (it is in the lobby of the building) so we always knew what was going on there -- very centrally located.

We like the service at the Boardwalk. They are all GREAT over there. Poly would come in at second. We tried Concierge service at WL but it didn't compare to the Boardwalk or Poly.

We stayed in the main building (RPC) at the GF. LOVED IT. Worth every penny to be in that building with the orchestra playing in the evening. So convenient to monorail as well. Fabulous location and atmosphere. Wouldn't want to stay anywhere else now after staying there.

We've done: Poly, CR and WL concierge and liked WL thee best but that was a few years ago. Past years we feel it's not worth the extra and just take the savings from not staying concierge and stay standard longer.

I can't compare between resorts, as the only concierge we've done is GF RPC. However, it was a wonderful stay, and we're doing a repeat in December. :thumbsup2

It's not for the faint of heart, cost-wise, but for a December vacation at the GF, the location can't be beat. It was wonderful to be able to enjoy the beautiful decorations in the main building, the orchestra, the piano, the holiday entertainment, etc., all from the comfort of the lounge (the GF lobby does get a bit hectic with all the visitorsin Dec.). We also utilized the food offerings for breakfast, snacks, and for a light dinner one night. Plus, the staff was great! :cloud9:

The rankings below do not include any trip planning services prior to the trip.

My current ranking is (club levels stayed at within last three years):

AKL
BWI
POLYNESIAN
BC

My previous ranking:

CR (14th floor)
POLYNESIAN
AKL
BWI
WL
YC
BC

IMO, even the lowest ranking club level (in the past) was better than the best club level now. The club level experience has slipped over the last few years. The amount and variety of the food offerings has dwindled. I remeber when the breakfast spread at the Polynesian was huge. There were four toasters available (and needed) for the bagels, english muffins, bread, etc.).
