Which Characters Do You No Longer See in the Parks?

Has anyone noticed the absence of a character/characters in the parks that you always used to see? The first ones that come to my mind are the Pinocchio characters, I never see them anymore although I read somewhere that Pinocchio himself does make an appearance at AK. I'm sure there are others I'm just not remembering them right now. Seems like some of them just went poof

We met gepetto at the charaterpalooza in hs , max goofys son and also Captain Hook. The only other place to see Captain Hook is the pirates and fireworks cruise. I don't think you can see gepetto or max anywhere else. There was also the queen of hearts there.
