Which character meal has Minnie??

And is she guaranteed? From what I've read she is only a maybe at Cape May?? Is there another meal where I will definitely see her??

1) At no character meal are characters guaranteed.
2) However, you can count on Mickey, Minnie and Cindy at theirs.
3) There would be such an outcry if they were missing.
4) Others could be missing due to absenteeism or vacations.

We saw Minnie at Chef Mickey's and Tusker House. Tusker House was the better meal of the two in my opinion.

Yes as PP mentions Minnie is at Tusker House, however characters are only there for breakfast. But a great breakfast it is!
