Which character breakfast?

If you could only pick ONE breakfast which would you choose?

I'm really wanting the best food, so you would recommend tusker House?

And I'm glad to hear you liked Garden Grill. Their food looks like things we all enjoy.

For breakfast? Yeah, we've found Tusker House to have better food, in part because there's more variety. You can get the standard American fare, but the African-inspired options are good too - it's nice to have more choices. We've always found the food there to be good. I won't pay character meal prices for food I won't eat. :)

I love love love Cape May Cafe. The buffet is great and the characters are amazing and attentive. I'm kind of surprised about not seeing it mentioned at least once!

Gotta go with Tusker House, the characters are great and the food is amazing! Trying lunch there this year, hopefully it'll live up to the breakfast.

My vote went to Garden Grill, but I also really like Crystal Palace and Tusker House. Garden Grill is my favourite because I really like that it's family style and not buffet, makes for a far more relaxing meal. Plus, the character interaction at GG (for any meal) has always been the very best of all the character meals.

NOTE: Results are listed from best to worst. Overall, Tusker House wins due to best food and the length of time the characters stay at each table. A close second is 1900 Park Fare. By far, Chef Mickey's is the loser, due to mediocre character interaction and almost terrible food quality. The very distant second worst is Cinderella Royal Table, for brief time at tables by characters and the new menu. For non-character breakfast buffets, we prefer The Wave (CR) or Trail's End (FW).

I voted for TH because we like the food and the characters are great; the kids have always loved the little parade and classic Disney characters. And the juice is to die for! The only thing I don't like about TH is the Buffett aspect; would prefer family style.

One of our must dos though is a ppo CP. Looooove looking down an empty Main St. If you have that, I'd keep it. We have always had good food there, the puffed French toast, omelet bar, and fresh strawberries are great.

Thanks. The reservation I have is 8:20 on a 9am opening. I will cancel it ends up not being PPO. After all these results I am considering trying to snag a breakfast at Tusker House/Cape May as well though.

We have had both lunch and dinner at Garden Grill, and found the character interaction there to be the best both times. The characters came by the table multiple times, and Mickey even "read" a book with my character-shy toddler. That being said we have had both breakfast and lunch at Tusker House and really enjoyed the food there as well. Those would be my top two!

We have three girls, so we usually go to Norway for the princess breakfast. I think most charcter breakfast food is equal. If I had to choose, I would pick Chef Mickey.

Loved Crystal Palace! pooh::tigger: Also Chef Mickey's ::MinnieMo::MickeyMo:goofy::donald:, which is not on the list.

I loved Tusker house, but I've only been for Lunch! Can't ever get an adr for brunch when I want it! :headache:

O'hana was my favorite breakfast character meal. DH likes Tusker House. We did have to have Stitch brought to our table after the kid's parade. We were to be the next table after the parade & he skipped us for the next table. He came back & it wasn't a big deal.

Thanks Everyone! So far I havve decided we will have:
Garden Grill dinner
PPO Crystal Palace

Things I'm unsure about, but did make reservations for:
Tusker House dinner- not sure I'll keep this
1900 PF breakfast @ 11:30 - would love to keep this one but I have AK scheduled for that day. We have hoppers, so which park would you start the morning at if I keep this?
