which character breakfast?

Hi. We are going to Disneyland this october for my son's first trip. He will be 21 months during our trip and was wondering which character breakfast you think would be better for him, Goofy's kitchen or plaza inn. We have never been to a character breakfast in disneyland but we have at disneyworld. We went to Chef Mickey's and Crystal palace for breakfast and we did not really like the atmosphere of Crystal palace too much and liked chef mickey's much better. Does anyone know which of these places is more like chef mickey's? Thanks in advance

I vote for the Plaza Inn as well. For several reasons really. We have been to Goofy's 3 times, and have had nothing but bad experiences. Everytime we say we are not going back, but we still end up giving it another chance. Well never again! Last time we had a horrible experience and I think I got food poisening there as well, I was very ill all night after dinner.

We have done Minnie's at the Plaza twice and both times it has been great. It's a little cheaper than Goofy's and it's right in the park!

Unless you are staying at one of the DLR hotels, I vote for Minnie's at the Plaza (I probably would vote for that even if you were staying at one of the hotels with the other character breakfasts ). I think the atmosphere is really good, lots of characters, food is pretty good (fresh omelettes - yum!), and you don't have to trek too far to get there! My son loved it and wants to go back again definitely.

Lilo and Stitch is our new favorite. Great food, and we had a good experience with the Characters. Next fav is Goofy's Kitchen.

Never done the Plaza Inn. Once I'm in the park it's all about the rides. LOL
