Which character creakfast would you guys choose? We are having a hard choice here...

It will be dh, myself, ds3 and ds (6 weeks)

We are already doing character dinners at Crystal Palace, Liberty Tree (twice)

We did Cape May on a non park day so the kids to see some characters.

I would go with Crystal Palace. The food is wonderful! The characters are pretty good- you'll get better interaction at Liberty Tree, but it's fine for a character breakfast. If you would rather eat at a new restaurant that you aren't eating at already, 1900 Park Fare seems to have good reviews. We haven't been there recently, but we are doing a character breakfast there on our December trip.

I can't stand Chef Mickey's! The food is substandard when compared to other buffet choices, and the restaurant has to be one of the most unappealing at WDW. Many people seem to love it, but I absolutely hate everything about it. We've given it multiple chances, and each was just as bad (or worse) than the last.

I voted for the 1900 Park Fare because of Alice :cloud9: Alice is at the character breakfast at the 1900 Park Fare :goodvibes

Here is a photo of little me with Alice :cloud9:

This photo is not at the 1900 Park Fare. It's at the Magic Kingdom.

Alice is one of my favorite DisneyWorld characters :goodvibes

I chose "other" and vote for 'Ohanas. It is a great character breakfast!

Our favorite is Cape May Cafe. The food is good and it's less hectic than other character meals.

I voted for Crystal Palace. The breakfast there is great. We thought the charater interaction was good as well. A big plus to me is that if you can get an 8:00 or 8:30 ADR you can get in and down Main Street before rope drop a little early and get some great pictures of the kids or hte whole family in front of the castle with no one else in the background. And just walking down Main Street with almost no one else is an amazing feeling. Of course, you have to do this on a morning that is not early EMH at MK.

Since you already have done CP and LT, how about Garden Grill. Mickey, Pluto and Chip and Dale are there. Pluto growled at my DD when he was begging for dessert and she told him "Cupcakes arent good for Doggies" Pluto also put his nose in my cheesecake and then gave me a kiss. We loved him!

Park Faire is OK (although Prince Charming does kiss the little princesses- which thrilled my DD) and Hollywood and Vine Buffet is sub-standard to say the least. Ohana isnt as good as HDDMR in my opinion.

My vote goes to Garden Grill.

Well the OP said breakfast, Garden Grill is lunch and dinner only. I voted 1900 Park Fare. It has a wonderful breakfast and the GF is a beautiful setting. You will usually see Alice, Mad Hatter, the mice from Cinderella, Pooh characters (usually Pooh and Tigger) and usually Mary Poppins is in the lobby (the other characters circulate). Prince Charming and Cinderella are only at 1900 Park Fare for dinner. And I agree with others about the Cape May breakfast as well. Next to 1900 thats my favorite breakfast. Its also a bit more low key but I didn't find it had quite as many selections as 1900 Park Fare's.

I chose other and would definitely choose the Little Einsteins' Breakfast at MGM...we were there in August with my 3 yr old grandson and he LOVED it.
The breakfast food was excellent and the singing, dancing, character interaction was great...Little Einstein's is one of his favorite TV shows!

We also did a dinner at Chef Mickey's and it does not compare. The location was in the middle of the hotel lobby...the food was terrible...we will not be going back to Chef Mickey's.

I love the breakfast at the Crystal Palace. The food is really good. If you get an early ADR (8:05am or a bit later), you can enter the Magic Kingdom before it opens. :)

We enjoyed Crystal Palace because if you have a early ADR, you can take pictures in front of the castle with no crowds. Plus the foods great too!

Cape May is our favorite. It's smaller and the characters spend a lot of time at each table.

Sorry I killed the spelling there but we love this one. It has never been corwded and it is both hot and cold buffet.

I just love CP! The setting and decoration of this restaurant is absolutely beautiful. The buffet is filled with many many choices and everything is always very fresh. The characters are alot of fun too!

I voted for Chef Mickeys. We loved our breakfast at Chef Mickeys. We had the earliest seating (yawn!) and it was absolutely delightful. There were only a few families there. Mickey himself held my girls hands and walked us to our table, chip and dale escorted the girls to the buffet, minnie danced with the girls, etc. The characters stop to do a song and dance (which involves waving your napkin in the air - something I haven't gotten my girls to stop doing since!) They absolutely loved it. The food.... Who can remember with all of this going on. From what I remember it was standard buffet food. Nothing stands out as great or terrible...

We're trying the Play&Dine meal at MGM with the Little Einsteins and JoJo this time. Since we haven't done it yet, I can't recommend it or not but it looks great!

Have fun!

We enjoyed Donald's Breakfastosaurus.. It was quite manic in there though so maybe not such a great place for a little baby as we felt the tables were quite close together. 1900 Park Fare might be nice, considering that one myself and the face characters would be a change from the suited ones :)
