We have a character breakfast included in our Grand Plan and I was wondering which of these actually has the best food? It is just DH and me, so food quality is probably the most important factor, unless they are all about the same. If that is the case, then which has the best atmosphere/show? Thanks!Sus:)

Storytellers. They have buffet and alacart. There alacarte items are yummy.

Ditto on Storytellers. DW & I really enjoyed the food & atmosphere on our recent trip.

I appreciate your opinions! Is Storytellers the Chip and Dale breakfast? Thanks!Sus:)

Just so you know - At storytellers, the characters stay at the front door - They do not go around table to table like they do at the other ones - I just recently went to Goofy's kitchen and was amazed at all the characters there and they each came to our table at least twice, sometimes more! I felt the food was pretty decent there too -

IMO

Enjoyed both Goofy's kitchen and Storytellers but if you are going for the food pick Storytellers. I think we went three or four days. Included with the buffet are pancakes and/or mickey waffles which they make fresh and bring to your table. There is also an omlette bar (always my favorite).

Not to sound like a broken record...but everyone who has replied is correct. The food is way better at Storytellers and the "Character Breakfast" experience is way better at Goofy's. We actually loved both and prefer Goofy's only cause we can have an awesome Sunday brunch ANYWHERE, but having Alice and the Mad Hatter leaving us in stitches and Baloo making me blush is, well, as they say, Priceless....

Hi,
We are going to Disney the first part of Dec. Do we need to book these before we go? I called disney travel and to add them to our package its $25 for adults and $14 for kids. How early is the Goofey one? Does this sound like a good price. I'm not sure when we get there if we will want to go.So can I book this when I'm already at Disney?
thanks,
thatmom

My DH and I enjoyed Storytellers. However, our DDs enjoyed Goofy's Kitchen. Because of our split on this issue, we always have to go to both!

thatmom - we made ressie's for our breakfast at Goofy's Kitchen. You can call 30 days in advance for PS. I recommend that you do it for Goofy's - it was quite crowded when we were there and there were 20-30 minute waits for those w/o reservations. Might I also suggest that you make your ressies for early in the morning (I think ours were for 7:30). It's a LOT more crowded later in the morning. We did not make ressie's for Storytellers. We just showed up about 7:30 and got right in. Later it did get pretty crowded. Moral of the story - go early rather than later.

Also, simbasue, it is Chip & Dale at Storytellers. I thought the food at Storyteller's was MUCH better than at Goofy's. Also, the decor is gorgeous at Storyteller's. Goofy's also had the strangest food items. I can't remember exactly what now, but they had lots of items that you would expect to have to lunch or dinner, not breakfast. I thought that their breakfast item selection was rather limited.

Thanks again, everyone! I think Storytellers it is, but we may do both Storytellers and Goofy's if we end up doing two. I am really starting to get excited about our trip. Three weeks from today!!Sus:)
