Which castle is best?

I am very quickly approaching 90 days out for PS's.

Can anybody compare breakfast in Cindy's castle MK vs at Akershus in Epcot?

Which is better for character interaction and ambience?

And what is the deal with Chef Mickey's breakfast? Why does one of the books I have say to be ready to "drop my napkin" at a moment's notice?

If you could only do one with a DS (9) and DD (7), which would it be?

I've never done either because they both are with princesses.My son won't do those.The chef Mickey is awesome.I don't know about drop the napkin,but they do a little show about every 15-20 minutes and you swing your napkin above your head.Chef Mickey has Mickey,Minnie,Goofy,Chip+Dale and Pluto.The breakfast is buffet style.O'hana's(Polynesian resort) is very good also as is Crystal palace at MK and Donalds breakfastosaurus at AK.Your 9yo son might like one of these better.But if I had to choose between those two I would go with Cinderella's Castle.But which ever you pick make your PS as soon as you can.Mike
