Which car

We will be three adults and three kids for our next trip. What are our options for a car. Is it just a minivan? Fancied something a bit more 'flash'

It depends on whether you have more than one driver. If you only have one person willing to drive, you are stuck with a minivan. Just bare in mind that although 6 people will fit in a 7/8 seater van, you won't fit your luggage in as well!!!
I seem to remember a speciality autos company which may offer more interesting offerings than the usual 7/8 seater vans or the bigger 12/15 seaters. Maybe someone else has a link for them?

What's the make up of your group? If it's mom,dad,3kids and a grandparent I'd just go with a 7/8 seater minivan. If you're mom,dad,2kids a SIL/BIL and one cousin (and more than one of you can drive) I'd probably suggest 2 small cars (or one flashier one for you and give the other "family" the option of what type of car they want.

You're going to struggle to get anything that "flash" and capable of holding 6 people and their luggage JMHO.
