Which California Grill reservation to keep?

So I ended up being able to make reservations for the California Grill for two different days and times during our stay. Both dinner, but at different times and because of the MNSSHP, with different fireworks shows. I'm trying to decide which ressie to keep, but I'm just not sure which would be better.

Option 1:
Regular Wishes fireworks
Reservation at 7:15 - Wishes at 8 pm

Option 2:
Happy HalloWishes fireworks
Reservation at 9:10 - HalloWishes at 10:15 pm

Which one would you keep?

It's really a personal preference. Do you want to see regular Wishes and have an early dinner or HalloWishes and a very late dinner? For us the main criteria would be whether we want to eat at 7:15 or at 9:10.

Typically a 3 course meal at a Signature restaurant takes about 90 -120 minutes. With the 7:15 res we would probably finish the appetizers, go out to the deck to watch fireworks, then come back in for entree and dessert so it would probably be around 9:30 when we're finished. With the 9:10 reservation we would probably be finished with the entree, watch fireworks and return to the table for dessert. We would probably be done by 11:00.

We've seen both regular Wishes and HalloWishes from CG and enjoyed both.

I'm curious to see what the Masses thinks too? Sorry for piggybacking..

But I'm kinda in the same boat...But I have 2 reservations for 9 on the same day... MK closes at 12 midnight too, which pushes the shows back Im thinking.

I love HalloWishes! I have seen it from California Grill and on Main Street during MNSSHP. If you aren't going to MNSSHP during your stay, I would lean toward the 9:10 dinner even though it is late. I would have a later breakfast buffet with an afternoon snack or have a later lunch - then maybe order appetizers or an appetizer and share an entree or something like that. (And my appetizer would be the goat cheese ravioli!!) :)
