Hi there, I have made reservations Oct 26-30 and Nov 3-6. Last year we stayed there too, but I can´t remember my room number. Is there a place with info about the advantages of the different buildings?
Thanks!

Yep. See the "WDW Resort FAQ" sticky at the top of the Disney Resorts page. There's a link there for the Groovy New Pop Century FAQ (or something like that), and the first page answers pretty much ALL your possible questions - it even has the resort map. And on that page or the second one, there's a building layout drawing.

We have been in the 50's and 70's buildings and they were great. They weren't preferred but they were close enough to everything so we didn't have to walk too far.

50's it is closer to the parking than 60's (which is the preferred) and not fair at all from the food court.

it has its own swimming pool. the 70's doesn't.

you can see the fireworks from epcot from both the 50 and 70.

You can see fireworks also from the 80s. We could see the bus stop from our room, which was no more than a 3 minute walk away.

I'd recommend the 80s to anyone.

I liked my room in the 80s, 7422, which was a king room, very well. No fireworks view or anything, but it was on the side away from the pool (quieter) but very close to the pool and parking. Bus stop and Classic Hall weren't a bad walk either.
