Which building for us at AoA?

We are a family of five. At the time of the trip our son will be 3 and twin daughters will be 1. Grandparents will be in a standard room in Little Mermaid.

I know my son would prefer Cars, but that's the furthest away from the grandparents. I'm not a fan of the Nemo decor, but being close to the main pool and main hall are benefits. Lion King appeals to me because it is closest to Little Mermaid, still close to buses and the main pool, and because there is a playground in the courtyard (right?). BUT, DS will not be excited by Lion King at all...take it leave it. Cars is his favorite thing right now.

Go with the car for your son.. He will love it there!!

If my family have to hike a few hundred yards, so be it.. but at least I know my child would be tickled happy if he is in his favorite movie.. Cars. I would want my son's stay to be "magical"!

If you stay at the Lion King section.. you're not that far from the Cars section. The only thing though is that the room won't be themed to Cars, but LK.

That's my opinion. I wish I had your dilemma! Which ever section you choose, I'm sure everyone is going to have a wonderful time.. You're in Disney!

They are only young once. Do what they want for now.....

I would pick Cars for your son and request a room at the Animation Hall end of building 1 or 3 so that you are a bit closer to the main building and LM section.

Thanks everyone! We stayed at ASMo this spring and he loved seeing Buzz and Woody every morning and night. I never thought we'd enjoy a value so much.
