which building at pofq?

dh dd and I will be leaving soon for pofq and I don't know if there is anything specific I need to request. We booked a water view and mentioned that we would like to be close to the bus stop. I really would like a quiet room as we tend to be light sleepers while on vacation. Also I remember seeing something about corner rooms???? Is it possible to have a RIVER view room near the bus stop? Would a pool view room be very loud at night? Is it better to have a river view room even if it is far from every thing else? I guess I would have to say quiet, near bus stop and not a view of the parking lot are my prefferences -unless anyone has better advise for me. Which building do I want? THanks Jill

Checking my Passporter, the closest building to the bus stop is 4. River View rooms appear to be in buildings, 1,2,5,6,7. The river views face away from the front of the resort, where the bus stop is.

That being said, this is a compact resort. Even if you are in the farthest building from the bus stop, you probably are less than a 5 minute walk from the bus stop.

Pool views would be in buildings 3 and 5. Not having had a pool view there, I couldn't comment on the noise. But this is a smaller resort, hence less people.

Corner rooms supposedly have 2 windows, but I have also heard that a good portion of them have king beds only. That probably wouldn't work with your DD.

If you want a quieter room, you most likely will need one of the buildings farther away from the bus stop - buildings 1 or 7.

In all honesty, you really cannot go wrong. Everything is so close. You will LOVE this resort. It's our favorite moderate!!

I would recommend building #5. It is close to the main building, pool & bus stop.

I second the recommendation for Bldg 5... we were in 5125 - first floor, end of a wing... paid standard, but got a water view... VERY quiet room.

Bldg 3 second floor, corner room. Has a king bed and is very quiet! Looks out into foliage, but is just steps away from the bus stop, and very close to the food court. Wish I was going!

We were in Bldg 1 which everyone said was the worst, I thought it was fine. I think it was farthest from the bus stop.less than I 5-7 min walk to the bus stop pool & front desk. agree with the size of this resort I do not think there is a bad spot.
