Which building @ ASMo?

Ive booked a stardard view for 3/04-3/09/04 and thought I would request one of the Toy Story buildings but now my daughter says she wants the "Mickey" (Fantasia) building instead. How much of a chance is there that I will get one if I ask at check in or should I change my ressie to a preferred room? Is Toy Story as close to Cimema Hall as it looks? Is Fantasia really that much closer? TIA!

If you really want Fantasia, then book a preferred room. There's a chance they could upgrade you, though I've never heard of anyone being upgraded at the All-Stars. There's also the possibility of paying for the upgrade when you check in, but depending on how crowded it is when you're there, they may not have any rooms in Fantasia available. So if you definitely want to be in those buildings, change your reservation now.
Also, we stayed in Toy Story and it was very close to Cinema Hall, basically just as close as Fantasia. The only thing is that while you can request Toy Story, you may not get it and could be in Love Bug or Mighty Ducks, which are much more of a walk from Cinema Hall.
