Which Bose computer speakers?

Hey Corey or Pete, or anyone else for that matter, which Bose computer speakers did you refer to during the podcast cruise? I am in the market for new speakers and wanted to check these out along with others I am considering. Thanks.

That's just a little "audiophile humor" that's been around a long time.

After 2 hours at Best Buy, and another hour at the Bose store, I went with the Companion 5 speakers. I should have them set up tonight. Thanks for the help everyone. I'll let you know how they turn out.

All I can say is "OH MAN, THESE THINGS ROCK!!!"

I can't believe how great these speakers sound. Three speakers actually produce a great 5.1 surround sound. Outstanding. And the set-up couldn't have been easier.

My only gripe, and it's a minor one at that, is the price. But it won't stop me from recommending these speakers. If you are in the market for computer speakers, run, don't walk, and check these out.

Don't they sound great! Not cheap, but they should last for a while. The last set I had was the Bose Companion 3 (also great), until we decided to bring a puppy into the house. Zoe ate through some of the main wires, so I upgraded to settle the anger.

Combine it with a nice pair of "comfortable" headphones and you're all set!
