which room has the best theming? would we be able to view all three rooms while we are dining there?

You can not reserve a room at BOG. Breakfast and Lunch are QS and as such you seat yourself wherever you would like,
Dinner is TS and you will be seated where there is availability. You can ask when you check in, but not reserve a room. I like the ballroom

You can view all rooms while eating there. If you are eating breakfast or lunch there then you pick where you sit. At dinner, they seat you. As far as theming, I like the west wing - that room seems to fill up the fastest. Hope this helps!

For a romantic meal I choose the West Wing every time! You can only request it though. If you are a family, perhaps you'd rather have a table in the ballroom against a wall near the windows.

We've eaten in the music box room twice and the west wing once. The west wing was really cool, but the amount of people hovering around taking pictures was a little distracting. The music Box room was not as busy with gawkers.

Doesn't matter where you sit. You can walk around and look if you want. But like tomatecerise said, music box seems to be the calmest room.

We do not like the music box room at dinner-- we feel like we are in overflow or a cafeteria and an afterthought. In our experience, there have been unused carts stored there and other things stored there during dinner-- and also there wer not that many tables filled there-- basically it felt like they had overbooked and were just sticking the extras there. We don't mind the music room at lunch- it is actually nice at lunch as there is less bustle there. At dinner we prefer the ballroom and we also like the west wing. If you are in the west wing near the rose, you will have people around your table a lot coming to look at the rose, but that doesn't really bother us much. If you have any really young children with you, they can be scared of the west wing. If you really dislike where they are seating you, then you can nicely request to wait for another available table in a different room. After a bad experience in the music box room at dinner we decided that we would no longer be spending the money to eat there if we were put in that room at dinner. The very next trip that is where they were taking us again--I very nicely said that we had been in that room before and really did not like it and asked if we could wait for a table in either of the other rooms and they very nicely put us in the ballroom instead. You can definitely get up from your table and walk around to look at the other rooms if you would like to do so, or you can do so as you have finished your dinner before you walk out the door.

I've only ever eaten in the ballroom. The West Wing is too dark. I mean, the point of the room is to be dark and gloomy to fit the atmosphere, but it's just not my cup of tea. I have gone in to be one of those people taking a picture of the rose and the portrait of the beast that changes. As for the music box room, it wasn't that appealing to me and I've seen it very empty each time I've eaten at BOG. My favorite spot is against the windows with the falling snow. During Christmas time there was a gorgeous tree centered there and people were taking their family Christmas photos in front of it. I thought it was an adorable idea!

What room is the window with falling snow located? I'm hoping and wishing and praying we get sat in that room, with a view of that window!

The grand ballroom! Are you going for breakfast, lunch, or dinner? I've only eaten at BoG for lunch and you pick your own seating so you can scope out a table in the grand ballroom if there is one available.

Thank you! We'll be going for dinner. It will be our first TS meal on our honeymoon, first day in the parks, and that day will also be our 7 year dating anniversary. I think it would be romantic!

I hope it is romantic for you. I wouldn't consider it romantic at all. It has been described as cavernous, loud and chaotic by many. Remember, you are in the middle of the MK with many, many families with young children.
Congratulations on your upcoming marriage.

I agree I did not like the music room at al - it felt like a forgotten overflow room. My kids love, love the ambiance of the west wing (the enchanted rose room). We have eaten in that room for our last two trips there. But in that room you don't really get to see the Beast walk around like you do in the main ballroom. I love the main ballroom, the beautiful, ornate ceilings and seeing it snow outside in August (which is when we go every year) is really special.
