We are Candy Cane loyalists but my daughter can get an amazing discount at all Best Western properties so now are going to book with them for our trip the first week of January.
So which property do you think has the edge regarding cleanliness and room quality? Thank you.

We have stayed at the BW Park Place Inn and The BW Anaheim Inn on Harbor Blvd. We have not stayed at the BW Raffles Inn as it is to far down for an easy walk.
Both the Park Place and Anaheim Inn were good though the Anaheim in had an A/C configuration that made it seem a little more dated. The decor and comfort levels were the same. Park Place in has the mini suits which a re roomy and enjoyable as well as it being right there at the crosswalk to the parks. The Anaheim Inn is only slightly farther away and only has standard rooms which seemed a bit small.
Either place is fine but we prefer the Park Place Inn a bit more.

Anahiem Inn does not have free breakfast, but has free parking, is slightly farther from the crosswalk

Park Place Inn charges for parking, has free breakfast and is the closest hotel on Harbor to the crosswalk.

We've only stayed at the Park Place Inn, but that's the one I'd go with.

As everyone else has said, it's RIGHT at the crosswalk. That alone would make it the one I would choose.

It's clean, it's comforable. The minisuites have 2 queens and a sofa that can fold out. There's also a fridge and a microwave, and the fridge is pretty good sized (not the little cube one). The free breakfast isn't the best free breakfast I've ever had, but it's better than many of the others offered on Harbor.

If you don't need the sofabed, the couch is part of a sitting area, with a coffee table and an additional chair. There's also a desk and an office chair. It was great for snacking or eating breakfast in the room, and it was so nice to be able to sit somewhere other than the bed.

We were very happy with our stay there, and it is for sure our go-to motel at DL now!

Ok sounds like the Park Place is the one to with. I hope we can get a top floor room. I also heard that parking is really tight. We have a Subaru so i don't think we'll have a problem, but is parking really as bad as the reviews say?

Totally agree!

Parking is definitely tight. The one time we took our car to run to the grocery store, there were no empty spots when we returned. I think they had a sort of 'overflow' lot my husband parked in after he dropped us at the door.

We ended up booking the BW Anaheim Inn because by the time we booked the BWPPI only had king beds left and we figured we'd sleep better in our own beds. With my daughters employee discount it came out to be $64 a night for the week after NYE. Pretty good rate. The pictures of their ancient A/C units don't look too great but I usually only use A/C fans to make some white noise to block out noisy neighbors. Looking forward to our trip.

I had them both booked for our last trip!:rotfl2:

I ultimatly chose the Park Place because of the breakfast, closeness, and we chose not to rent a car, so we got the big no car discount. If there was a significant price difference, I probably would have stayed at the Anaheim Inn, its probably 1-2 min further walk from the park. The breakfast didn't impress me.
