Which beach?

I know this has probably been asked, but "beach" just returned too many results when I searched

We're going to take a day or two "off" to go to the beach. It's a non issue for us to drive 2+ hours to get to a good one. I'm looking for one similar to Pensacola's with the white sand and beautiful clear water. Are there any that fit that description within 2 hours of Orlando?

If you want the white sand you need to go to the Gulf Coast, not the Atlantic. You could go to Clearwater area. It is a little over two house away. My cousins live in Oldsmar right on Tampa Bay and we used to drive from their house to Disney all the time.
