which attractions for toddler who wants nap

While it is always best to take kids back to the hotel to take a nap if you're not staying on site it can get hairy to get back. I know that Tomorrrowland Transit Authority is only about 10 minutes long, but it's slow and quiet. The train is good at MK, but the AK train ride isn't long enough. There are lots of small little areas right around the Tree of Life at AK that have benches that you could probably let a kid take a quick catnap. It's a Small World is always a good place for a nap, just make sure the kid doesn't fall in the water. :joker: Otherwise you could always take the boat over to the Wilderness Lodge and then come back.

Back when DS used to take naps, he would nap anywhere he wanted! The best place at MK for us to stay cool while staying in the stroller was the various shops along Main Street or the big tent store in Toon Town. We always tried to make our way to the resort to let him nap but half the time he would wake up as soon as we laid him in bed and took his shoes off.

Funny tho, I somehow read the OP and was unclear as to what was being asked. It could be that the OP was looking for something to keep the child awake. I was looking for a response by the OP for clarification!

I'm suprised that by page 2 of the thread nobody has mentioned taking the poor kids back to the room and letting them take a nice nap in a bed.

We always try to get back to the hotel for the nap, but we have taken to going "comando" the last day of our visit. We're usually in MK for the last day and we just can't quite end the trip.

TTA definately! My kids have all spent a bunch of time sleeping on this ride, plus you can keep riding and riding (unless unusually crowded which isn't often at all).

If you're close by, the monorail is a nice, airconditioned place for a nap.

Last year when we were there both my DD(almost 6) and my husband sat down and napped during the movie in Canada.

If you bring a sleeping baby into Sounds Dangerous, remember at the end you may get slightly wet and that may wake up your baby.

My youngest always fell asleep in her stroller while we were walking around - the queues/attractions were always too loud for her. Plus, you can't just stay in the attractions for as long as you want - you have to leave the auditorium when the CMs tell you to. I don't think a 3 yr old, or even a toddler, will get a good nap in any attraction. I'd just try to find a shady spot and let the 3 yr old nap in a stroller.

My son fell asleep in One Man's Dream in MGM (movie about Walt Disney's life).
