Which are the best restaurants for views of Illuminations at Epcot?

Spice Road Table in Morocco is supposed to have a view if you happen to get a table that faces the lagoon.

My friend and I were thrilled to get reservations at R&C for Illuminations last year. We asked for but did not get a table with a view. The reserved area, however, worked out well, inasmuch as there was space and a good view.

But here's something I don't see mentioned very often. Maybe it's obvious and I should have expected it, but the wind came up and carried smoke and cinders directly over us. Very unpleasant and if we hadn't already finished eating, I would have been even more uncomfortable.

If I decide to get dinner reservations for the fireworks again, I'll go for inside seating with a chance for a table!
