Which Annual Pass gives hotel discounts?

Does the Preferred AP give the on-site hotel discounts or only the Premier?

The Universal website has an annual pass section that has the (or most of the) discounts the preferred and premier annual give you.

It doesn't mention hotel discounts under the Preferred pass, it only says that under the Premier pass...that's why I was asking. Just wanted to make sure, because I thought only the Power Pass did not give these discounts.
