Northeastern This could either mean an r-less NYC or Providence accent or one from Jersey which doesn't sound the same. Just because you got this result doesn't mean you don`t pronounce R's.(People in Jersey don`t call their state "Joisey" in real life)

North Central What people call the "Minnesota accent." Sounds almost Canadian. You may have even been asked if you were from Canada before.

Somethings not right. I've lived in Virginia since I was 6 and before that New Jersey and Ohio. While I don't have a pronounced southern accent, I have a hard time believing that I sound Minnesotan or Canadian. Not a jab to people from there but I've never even BEEN to either of those places for as much as an hour, no less long enough to pick up an accent! And my husband is born and bred in Georgia so I didn't pick it up from him either.

I'm from florida actually, but I think this is pretty much right on. I don't talk with any accent. Sometimes I say words with a bit of a southern twang and actually use the word ya'll, but it's rare.
