We just found out that we will be getting a free trip to WDW from DH employer. (he won it)!!! We will be going 12/11-12/15. We will be staying offsite but will get $40 per day per person for meals. We usually only eat two meals per day. Which restaurants are the easiest to get ADRs at this close to the trip? We will only be eating at MK, EP and maybe DS. The other meals would be at the resorts or offsite. We plan to do MVMCP (the night we fly in) and the Candlelight Proc. without the package. It will be myself, DH and DD (17). Thank you.

First of all, CONGRATS on an incredible win by your DH!!! That's awesome!

I am going 12/6-12/10, and have been calling for ADR's every day. I don't know for sure what the easiest are to get, but they (CM's) seem to suggest San Angel Inn, Nine Dragons, and The Wave to me when none of the 10 restaurants on my list have availability. Another way to get good restaurants is to go for a lunch vs. a dinner. I picked up 50's Primetime by doing that.

Best of luck to you!

My advice, for the park restaurants at least, is to call, give them your dates, a rough time frame (lunch...early dinner/late dinner, etc) and ask what restaurants have openings. I know a lot of people have been claiming it very difficult to find ressies anywhere for some weeks in December, so just be as flexible as possible with where you want to eat.

Resort restaurants are generally easier to get ressies at...so even if you can't find anything at MK for example, you could always check places at the monorail resorts: Kona, GF Cafe, & The Wave at CR might have openings.
