Which ADR/meal??

We are on the dining plan and trying to avoid paying OOP, so some decisions need to be made. We have been to 50"s Prime Time for dinner several times and always enjoy it, although we haven't been in the past 6 years. We have never been to Boma for breakfast, but LOVE their dinner buffet and have heard great things about breakfast. So... the question....the dilemma...

Should we do dinner at 50's PTC or breakfast at Boma? (or suck it up and pay oop, and do both?)

I'd do both, if your budget allows it. You haven't been to 50s PT in so long so you should go back, especially if you enjoy it. And I've heard great things about Boma's breakfast as well, it sounds delicious! You could pay OOP for that reservation.
