Jiko or AP for food AND atmosphere.

Hi!

The Y. Steakhouse is great. How about the California Grill? We will be giving it a try this August. Cant wait.
Hope this helps!

If I could only go to 2 TS restaurants it would be Boma (although Jiko is a good sub) and the San Angel Inn for the food and atmosphere.

Artist Point is my all time favorite upscale dining establishment at Disney.

The Yactsman has no atmosphere. It's cold and distant. The food is good but there is little about the restaurant that makes it special.

Yachtsman is the only Signature (2TS) restaurant we considered for our next trip. We ended up going for two 1TS instead (WP Cafe and 'Ohana).

We didn't love the food at Yachtsman, and we would have been better off doing 2 single credit meals than using 2 credits per person to eat there. DS ordered a chicken breast that was so tough I couldn't cut it with the steak knife. They took it off of our bill, but since he didn't order anything to replace it he hardly ate any dinner!

I just made an ADR for Jiko for our August trip, and we have an ADR for Artist Point in December. We'll pay OOP and use our DDE card for those.

Good luck! It is so hard to choose when you haven't been to any of the places before! But DH has made it clear that he was NOT impressed with Yachtsman so we won't be going back.

From your list I choose Jiko!

Wolfgang Puck's and California Grill are my other favorites.

I can't make any recommendations based on experience, but on our next trip we're trying California Grill and Artist Point. :thumbsup2

Please stay away from AP. I love the place and prefer it remain one of the best kept secrets in Disney dining lore. :)

Jiko for sure since it is our favorite place to eat at WDW. I would also choose California Grill if it was up to me. :)

Artise point is a low value for a double credit.
