Which ‘at the top’ party is best?

Might be a bit of a niche question:
Celebration at the Top at the Contemporary vs Enchantment at the Top in the Villains Lair.
Which is best for overall value for money/enjoyment/view etc?

The two events differ in that one is open to all who reserve (“Celebration”) while “Enchantment” is only for certain DVC members. Price and food amts differs too.
