Whew! Just hit the 60 day mark

Staying in Cat 3 concierge, stateroom 8022 (still waitlisted for one of the larger 1 bedrooms). I made my call this morning to the concierge dining coordinator and booked Palo's for our first night. She suggested an 8pm reservation so that we could catch the shows first with our kids and then see them off to the clubs for a few hours. I checked the sunset schedule and it looks like it will be about 8:19 for that evening (I'm not overplanning too much am I?). For the dining rotation, I requested Parrot Cay (replaced by Palo's), Triton's and Animators. I love an excuse to get dressed up and I think it will be fun eating in the more formal settings. She was also able to link my cousin's reservation to our own, so that we'll be seated together for dinner.

A few tidbits that she mentioned, was to arrive at the Port by 11:30am and enter through the concierge greeting area. There's a little get together on board with their staff and they will help to make any reservations that we need and also get our kids checked into the clubs. That's a nice amenity. She asked if we were coming in the night before the cruise and I told her that we would be arriving late Wednesday evening and staying at the airport Hyatt. She mentioned that we shouldn't put the DCL bag tags on our luggage until we were at the hotel. Otherwise the airport handlers will scoop them and set them aside for Disney transport.
