Where's your must sit-down eat spots?

Spirit of Aloha. We've only been once and already it's become a staple.

we have a couple of "must-dos", and not just for the food, but for the atmosphere and memories too.

kids HAVE to do chef mickey's first night to see the gang, even though my dh and i really don't care for the food.

we love and will continue to go to....
ohana
1900 park fare
whispering canyon

Our family's must do ADR's are in order

Narcoossee's
Ohana
Teppan Edo
Liberty Tree Tavern
Coral Reef

I would like to have put Le'Cellier on this list but we had such a horrible experience with the service and the manager that we'll have to wait and pass judgement on it when we give it a second try.

We are going back to Biergarten (this was a must for food and atmosphere), CM (because the girls love to see Minnie), CP (we thought this was the best buffet lunch we had, great salads and meats), and GG (the character interactions were the best here and the food was fresh and plentiful).

I would not go back to WCC, but I think my experience was tainted by very tired kids last time.

I am looking forward to trying 1900 PF and a Tusker House lunch (couldn't fit in a Boma dinner and this seemed like the next best thing). I think our options will open up when the kids (4 & 6 this next trip) get a little older and more adventurous.

My 2 must do's every time are Liberty Tree Tavern (I LOVE the traditional American Fare and the entire atmosphere) and O'hana for breakfast (Can't get those breads and juice out of my head for months afterwards!!)

We are the same way...we always end up going to the same places:

The Plaza, San Angel Inn, Nine Dragons, Ohana, Boma, Yak & Yeti, and Mama Melrose's.

A couple of years ago we tried to "branch out" and made ressies for Biergarten and Boatwrights. We never made it to either! I called and cancelled them the morning of so that someone else could have the spots. When we went this past year, we traded in Nine Dragons for Tutto Italia and we were not disappointed so for our trip this October, I'm trading in Ohana for Cape May, and Mama's for Hollywood & Vine. My brother in law was in the CP and worked at H & V last fall... when he came home and got a job at another restaurant, he was appalled that every restaurant doesn't operate the way H & V does! We've never been there and we had read some pretty bad reviews but we're willing to give it a try. If we don't like it, we don't have to go back!

We are also giving up Planet Hollywood for Bongos this year. PH has always been our "first night" restaurant but the Bongos menu made my mouth water so we're gonna try it out and hope for the best!

We eat at California Grill & Jiko on every trip. We ate at Sanaa for the first time last month and loved it.

Thanks for the lovely tips! I just got off the line with DVC to book my cruise back to back to our resort stay. Can't wait!!! All that's left is the DP and airline tickets! Keep the restaurants coming guys!! I'm looking at all the menus as the suggestions come!

Our favorities are Le Cellier, Ohanas, Crystal Palace. We eat at these every time.

Our MUST DO's every visit are: LeCellier (lunch or dinner), Crystal Palace (breakfast only), Yak & Yeti (lunch), Plaza (lunch or dinner); every other trip it is between Biergarten and Rose & Crown; and after last September, Boma has now been added to the "must do" list (breakfast only). Personally, I would only do Chef Mickey's if you are doing breakfast; dinner has gone down in quality and cleanliness over the years.

Jiko is our #1, then Biergarten (we didn't go here the last trip and regreted it terribly), Raglan Road and Liberty Tree Tavern.

Jiko or Boma is number 1 depending on your budget (Jiko is more expensive)
I liked LeCellier, but frankly, I like Yachtsman Steakhouse more and it's easier to get into!
Flying Fish Cafe is awesome!!
We're trying Yak & Yeti for the first time this trip, I've heard good things.
If your budget allows, you will never be disappointed with California Grill or Artist's Point!

Liberty Tree Tavern= Lunch really want to toffee dessert.
Italy have been wanting to try for years.
Jiko definanetly want to try for the filet w/ mac and cheese.

For us, our favorites are Kona and Biergarten. I also really like the skillet at WC, but DH doesn't like it there. LeCellier and Tutto Italia are also on our favorites list, but due to the high prices, we only eat there when we are on the dining plan.

Must Do:
Crystal Palace breakfast or lunch
Princess Storybook breakfast @ Epcot

Really likes and try to get/switch it up on occasion:
LeCellier
Sci Fi lunch

Want to try this next trip:

Our must do's are changing as the children get older. Our current must do list is- 1900 Park Fare breakfast, Coral Reef dinner, Hoop De Doo, and House of Blues.

Must do every trip is Crystal Palace Breakfast :) YUMMO makes me hungry thinking of it
