Where's Timon?

Sorry to hear about your dog, Timon. That has got to be very hard. I know the puppies won't replace him, but hopefully they will bring you lots of happiness!!!

Timon, I'm so sorry to hear about your dog. That's so sad because we had to put our dog to sleep on Dec 11th. So maybe Cisco & Tzar are playing together while they wait for us. Somebody had sent me that Rainbow Bridge poem to help us cope with our loss. So to see it in your album brought tears to my eyes. Your Mosaic picture is just wonderful. You are very talented. I love your albums. Enjoy your new puppies we haven't been brave enough to get another dog yet. Thanks for sharing....

Tina

So sorry for your loss I'm just glad you are feeling okay! i was worried about your health! Waiting waiting for Oct Disney scrapbook ;)

Hi Cass. Glad you got my email.

So sorry to hear about Tzar. I know how you & Rob must feel. :grouphug: The mosaic tribute is a great idea. I did similar things for Lucy when she passed, & it did help our feelings.

Lilo & Stitch are SOOOOO adorable! :goodvibes They must be getting lots of hugs. LOL

Hope things get better. Keep in touch. I'm here if ya want to talk. Well, here, & other warm & fuzzy places, or by email. :grouphug:

I, too, am sorry to hear about Tzar ... I remember years ago my mom had to put down Petey (the dog we had when I was growing up ... I cried for months.

Lilo and Stitch are just adorable!! They look so WARM AND FUZZY!! ;)

Also LOVE you new sig pic!!

Hope to see you scarping soon!!

Man I must be seeing things. I have a different Rainbow Bridge Poem.

When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge. There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together. There is plenty of food and water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable. All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor, those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by.

The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing, they miss someone very special to them, who had to be left behind.

They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. The bright eyes are intent, the eager body quivers. Suddenly they begin to break away from the group, flying over the green grass, their legs carrying them faster and faster. YOU have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face, your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart. Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together.......

I have no idea who the author is but I plan on putting in my doggie's book.

Timon, I also am so sorry about your dog, but the puppies are so cute (& I'm not a dog person!) Glad your health is good, & that wasn't the reason for your being away from the boards. Your Tzar scrapbook was really good & also the mosaic is awsome! Looking foward to when you are able to start scrappng your Disney cruise & vacation! :yay:

Poor Doggie! Glad you are ok though. The puppies are probably keeping you real busy! We lost our cat at 17yr last Feb. and just adopted two kittens on Xmas Eve. Boy are they trouble, but that emptiness in the house is gone! Enjoy your new troublemakers. What love and joy they will bring you! Can't wait to see some more pages from you.

Debbie

Can someone please post Timon's website for me?
Thanks!

Sorry to hear about Tzar. It is hard to lose a beloved pet, even when they are older and in a lot of pain. Love the mosaic!

The puppies are so cute. May the training go smoothly! :sunny:

I am so sorry to hear about Tzar. I know how devastating the loss of a pet is. I love the mosaic. DS13 just came in and said it was awesome!

The link is in her signature. She has some really great LO's in there.

Glad to know you're well.
It is so hard to loose a much loved pet! Good for you for jumping back in and getting the puppies though.
The mosaic is wonderful! That reminds me that I was going to do one of our disney photos. Need to get on that!

 Hi, Cass, if you see this.

I'm a different Cass.. but I can't resist saying Hi back :wave2:

Funny, my ex is named Rob :rotfl2: and we look a lot like the Rob & Cass in Timon's siggy :cool1:

I'm so sorry to hear of your loss. I had a chance to look at the mosaic you did - AMAZING! - and look at your Tsar scrapbook. HUGS!

I hope you enjoy your new little ones. :dog: :dog:

Good to hear from you!

Jeanne

Just stopped by for a quick peek at the thread.
Those are two different poems....

The one in Tzar's album is called Beyond the Rainbow by Cathy Guyan

The other one is called Rainbow Bridge and the author is unknown.

I forgot how much work puppies are...we are having a tough time with the house training but we are still working on it. Cross your fingers for us...all this work and no sleep is taking a toll...I was lying on the couch today quietly sobbing as I was SO frustrated. Not like me to cry like that geez!

More pics tomorrow of the puppies! Rob is home all day so he can take the brunt of the training tomorrow... :teeth:

Aw Cass, I am sorry you are so frustrated. House training our beagle left me in tears many times and DH was often greeted by me telling him to take her to the pound! Of course I stuck with it and it finally sunk in. Good luck!

Sorry you are so frustrated with the training, but that will all be over before you know it.. I had a rough time when we were training Mathew and so glad that is way behind us now.. Thats definitely the hardest part of having a new little one, let alone two.. But just wanted to say they are adorable!! They look like they have so much love to give you guys..

Cass,

Thank you for sharing so much of what you do. I have to tell you I go to your web page often to listen to the 2002 Magic video. The music puts a bounce into your step! Your new puppies are adorable. I'm sorry for your loss. We got our first puppy Zoey a year ago and I don't know what I would do without her. She even goes to grandmas during the day while we go to work and school. I hope the training goes well !!

Cass, I'm so sorry to hear about your lovely Tzar. My condolences to you and Rob.

Your new fur babies are adorable! I know your pain regarding the "training". When we got our Miniature Pincer, Minnie, I felt like I had been run over by a truck. She was so exhausting. But, she did finally "get it". Then I must have been hit on the head or something, because when she was 18 months old we got another MinPin; Daisy, and the "fun" started all over again. :teeth: Training a puppy is like trying to train 2 or 3 toddlers at the same time.

Minnie is almost 3 now and Daisy is 18 months and I don't know what I would do without the little stinkers! We have a "bad dog" basket filled with an assortment of things they chewed up...pens, pencils, a watch, a floppy diskette, toys, medicine bottles...thats just the little things, LOL. I am going to do a shadow box of this stuff some day with a couple of "wanted" posters with their pictures on them.

Sending you lots of good vibes and give Lilo and Stitch a big hug.

I added a few more pics of the new puppies. Training is tough but eventually we will get there. Geez, I hope that's soon!

I also added some more pics of tzar on his page.

Hi Cass!! It's funny cus when I first tried to register when the new DIS started in 1999, I tried using Cass as my username but it wouldn't let me because it said that Cass contained an offensive term, so I picked Timon :confused3

Thanks everyone for your kind words. It seems like we all know how hard it is to lose a furry loved one. Hopefully they are all playing together up there with no pain, waiting for us to join them so we can all play together again. :goodvibes
