Where's the next resort

As they busy themselves with another budget resort and the deluxe resort at AK, What is next for the DVC members after BC, Are we due for a brand new split resort 50/50 like BWV or do we have a very long wait before we hear of another add on.

hi: there have been rumors only talking about a dvc resort near bonnet creek golf course. i imagine we'll hear more as vwl sells out and sales on bcv begin.
