These are a few of my favorite things!
- Meeting extremely nice people on VMK! It's bad that this has to be classified a good thing because in my mind, in VMK, this should be a NORMAL thing. When I was new, someone gifted me an outfit (3 pieces). Even though it was "only" 75 credits, it was so sweet! That gesture was so touching and it actually meant more than winning something worth 500 credits in a quest!
- Helping people out! Now that I'm getting the hang of VMK things, I love it when I actually know something that will help a fellow VMKer out. I hope that by being a nice person and doing a good deed, that person will continue to do the same.
- The fact that you don't HAVE to actually spend money to play VMK. Sure, I would love to go to WDW to do in-park quests. I would love to buy movies to get codes. But the thing is, I don't HAVE to. I can play without them and still earn credits to buy costumes and such.
- Double credits day for Haunted Mansion!
- Seeing people's extremely creative guest or quest rooms! I'm not creative at all! I just like having furniture in my room so people can sit and whatnot. However, I love coming across a room that must have required a lot of thought! I feel it's very Disney-esque for people to use their imaginations.
- NPCs and Music games! I can only imagine what it would be like if I couldn't get those daily 280 credits (all NPCs plus playing and mixing at least once in both street party and monorail).
- How the Peter Pan dark ride actually looks exactly like the real Peter Pan ride in WDW! Part of me feels like I'm at Disney World! I especially like that the blocks in the Darling's Nursery spells out "Peter Pan" just like it does on the ride!
- I know people are bummed that there's no animation on the churro or popcorn cart and part of me is bummed about it as well. But I still get a kick out of little RachelNinja munching on a delightful "snack" from the penny press, drinking water from the aquarium cooler, and eating at the Blue Bayou!
- Lastly (for now~ I know more will come later and I will probably post again!) ... the prospect of the turkey leg cart! I remember the first time my family got a turkey leg at Animal Kingdom. We didn't know they were so popular and it was the BEST turkey leg we have ever eaten. We got our hands and mouths all dirty but it was well-worth it!
