Where's the cotton candy?

When we were on our trip, I noticed that there were no cotton candy vendors in the parks. Some places had these little buckets with cotton candy in them, but that was it.

Does anyone know why they don't sell it?

I know you can get cotton candy (mmmm...yummy! ) in the candy store on Main Street in MK, the candy store in MGM and at Goofy's Candy store on DTD. As a matter of fact, at DTD the announced in the store that they were making a fresh batch if anyone wanted to watch! It's in plastic bags, not on cones. But it's not the pre-packaged stuff in the plastic tubs.
