Where's that ONE place at DL or WDW........

Do they ever!:cool1::cool1::cool1:

And if you can't finish a particular beverage, they give you TO GO cups!!!!:lovestruc

*gasp* Shut UP! You mean we can get a cocktail and drink it in line before riding Rockin' Roller Coaster or Tower of Terror?

Ok maybe that's not such a good idea....

No, no, no. This isn't SIX FLAGS. You can't walk around with your drink. You drink it in the bar. :sad2: (Actually, maybe you CAN walk around with it, but I tend to think you can't. And if you CAN it doesn't mean you SHOULD.)

Yes yes yes you can!!! ( I do it all the time!) And maybe I should not but really....do you see how many little kids are there?:scared1:

I , at first, did not know you could do this until a castmember offered me a to go cup!

As for riding the RRC after drinking......we road the Mummy ( at universal) with my GF's Mom, after she had 4 long islands! She was fine! I have no idea how she does it!

And they serve....*looks around*....liquor? Woohoo!

I keep forgetting you only know DL :rotfl:

Magic Kingdom is a dry park, but all 3 other parks have plenty of adult beverage options to chose from :thumbsup2

One of my favorite quiet spots is the Dawa Bar in Africa at Animal Kingdom.

You call that bar quiet?

Between the African drummers, and the new stroller parking lot for Tusker House, I practically have to scream "Make that a double.......TO GO!" :rotfl2:

Well it used to be quiet :lmao:

DH and I were talking about walking around with your drink last night. Obviously everybody at Epcot walks around with drinks because they sell them at the outdoor carts. I think at MGM it is less common because the drinks are mostly sold in the restaurants.

We never stay at AK long enough to get drinks. Well, no, I take that back. I had that Yak Attack thing at Yak & Yeti. But I didn't wander about with it. ;)

people wander around a lot at DAK with drinks in hand. I tend to find them more stupid there than other places.
And every one's favorite game is at epcot... Drinking around the world.

alcohol is served in clear plastic cups, so
you can tell the difference between a soda and adult drink.

but you've got three monorail resorts, and the lounge next to artist point at the lodge if you really need a break.

i heard you can get mini bottle (like two gulps) of alcohol with a snack credit on the dining plan. It's so tiny it really makes you laugh.

When things get sort of crazed for us at DLR, we'll duck into the Cove Bar over in DCA, which overlooks Paradise Pier. The bartenders are friendly, the drinks are decent, the food tasty, and, well, some of the patrons remind us that there are folks out there who are stranger than us! That in itself helps ease the pain......

I love walking the beach between the Polynesian and Grand Floridian. It's quiet all day, every day, but it's especially serene at night with all the lights and the ferry horns in the distance. Ahhhhhhh

I guess cause of being a CM, I have found that relaxing in the parks, without Alcohol, is very simple even on the busiest of days. Mainly because I strive to enjoy myself. Here are my Top 3 places inside of the parks to relax:

DHS:
1. At The exit of One Man's Dream
2. The Tri-City Restrooms in front of Lights Motors Action.
3. Starring Rolls;

EPCOT:
1. Over In front of Coral Reef, between Lunch and Dinner
2. China/Japan/UK in the Gardens.
3. Ellen's Energy Adventure

AK:
1. The Little Bench under the stone walkways, 95% of the time people pass it just to exit, and to enter ,they never stop.
2. Just to the right of the exit of Dinosaur, some great seats
3. Over in Rafiki's Planet watch, sure there are kids, but once you get over there its very much like Tom Sawyer's Island

MK.
1. The Train Station Overlooking the Park
2. Pinnochios Village Haus overlooking Fantasyland
3. Columbia Harbour House

The seating area outside the Dinosaur exit is very nice. I don't ride Dinosaur because it hurts my back, so I frequently sit there to wait for DH and DS.
